In addition to the above 'AEC' deals with property development also and has executed luxury housing apartments in upmarket area like Adyar, Nanganallur, Mandaveli etc., and also affordable housing in the outskirts of Chennai. 'AEC' had its inception in 1996 in Chennai, India with a keen desire to build structures of quality and stability. Natarajan Hariharan is a civil engineering graduate from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (Formerly 'REC'), Surat, India graduating in 1989 in first class with distinction. He has more than 30 years experience in handling a wide range of projects successfully in India and abroad.T.J.Zachaariah is a civil diploma holder from Kerala and has over 40 years of experience in civil construction. Both partners are actively involved in managing the day to day activities of the firm and head a team of committed professionals .
