A beautiful design with an aesthetic elevation and a shop floor & office area layout custom designed for a MNC apparel manufacturing unit dedicated to export of apparel to europeon market. RCC vaccuum dewatered flooring was provided in ground floor with a special coating to seal the pores in concrete flooring. Large windows were provided for cross ventilation to make the shop floor comfortable for workers and staff. A RCC mezzanine floor (Part area) was provided to accomodate office space and services and utilities space was provided in second floor. Exposed aggregate finish was provided over external face of walls.
