Featured here is a turn key project ( design & execution) involving  expansion of existing school building by adding a new"L" shaped academic block comprising a G+2 structure with predominantly admin areas, conference rooms, class rooms in ground floor, Class rooms and labs in first & second floors. This was connected to the existing school, building to form a square shaped structure with an atrium in between.

Performing Art Centre for an International School, Chennai

An architectural masterpiece!!. Performing Art Center is a G+2 structure with an entrance lobby with triple high  roof  & Canteen at level 1, Drama, Music, Rehearsal and Art related activity rooms at level 2 and a 800 seater state of the art auditorium at the top level. This is perhaps one of the best auditoriums in Asia with the finest acoustic paneling of walls and roof, a very large stage with three levels of drop down curtains for optimal space utilization depending on the scale of performance by primary, middle & high school students, Double skin sandwich panel sheet roof and a host of other first in class facilities and features. This structure stands as a testament to our skill, abilities and hard work by a team of dedicated professionals and workers. Easily the best in its category in Asia. This project involved massive mobilization of staff, workers, materials and other resources and close coordination between clients, architects, consultants, various vendors & stakeholders.

International School

A work of sheer architectural brilliance. This project is an expansion of an international school by constructing a new G+2 structure comprising of an academic block with class rooms, laboratories, staff rooms etc., in first and second floors and main administrative wing in ground floor. Large class rooms & labs with abundant natural light & ventilation to create a positive & peaceful environment to teach and learn.Highlight of the structure is the CSEB (Compressed & stabilized earthen block) external facade & strategically located CSEB louvres to cut out direct sunlight thereby providing natural thermal insulation inside classrooms & a connecting ramp (to connect 1st & 2nd phase) with form faced RCC walls. A series of caves of varying sizes and shapes were provided under the connecting ramp with undulated ceiling and floor to resemble an actual cave for kids to explore and play during their free time, exposed chips flooring and wall dado, planters and seaters in connecting ramp are some of the first in category features to make the structure blend with the surroundings to kindle interest in students to explore and enjoy learning.
