We had our inception in the year 1996 at Chennai, Tamilnadu, India, as a partnership firm, with a fire to build structures of impeccable quality, stability, longevity and pleasant aesthetics.

We were incorporated as a private limited company in 2022.

Since 1996, we have been specializing in constructing Residential, Commercial, Educational, Warehousing & other Industrial structures.

Our indulgence in property development extends across the spectrum of housing requirements, having developed luxury housing apartments in upmarket areas of Chennai like Adyar, Nanganallur & Mandaveli, in addition to affordable housing in the outskirts of Chennai.
