Beach Bungalow for Mr.Natarajan Rathnam

A sprawling 17000 sq.ft bungalow on a one acre plot very close to beach on ECR.Designed by architect Mr.T.Chandran of CTC designers, the layout of rooms is very unique. Most of the rooms are pentagon or hexagon shaped with sloped (hip) roof on top and huge windows overlooking landscaped gardens. Sloped roof was cladded with blue colour glazed mangalore tile to match the clear blue sky. Premium granite and italian marble were used in flooring and cladding. External walls were finished with dressed granite & grit wash.
