This elegant residential bungalow is located in the heart of Anna Nagar, one of Chennai’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Spanning approximately 5,000 sq.ft, the project was completed in 2002 and was designed by Senior Architect Mr. C.R. Raju.

The architecture showcases a timeless blend of materials and textures. The exterior façades are clad with Dholpur stone, skillfully interlaced with plastered and painted bands to create visual contrast and rhythm. The sloped parapet is finished with classic Mangalore tiles, enhancing the traditional appeal of the home.

Inside, a double-height living area provides a dramatic focal point, complemented by premium marble flooring throughout. The internal walls are finished with putty and coated with premium emulsion paint, adding to the refined interior ambiance.
