Project Description:

This turnkey project involved the design and construction of a large RCC warehouse for one of Chennai’s leading supermarket chains. The facility was meticulously planned to streamline operations across multiple functions and was fully completed in 2014.

The ground floor was designed to support:
• Raw material storage
• Packaging operations
• Finished goods storage
• Multiple loading/unloading docks at the front and sides for unhindered movement of goods, enabling seamless raw material intake and dispatch to the supermarket network

The first floor includes:
• A well-appointed administrative office at the front
• Labour quarters and finished goods storage in the central zone
• A fully equipped bakery unit at the rear

The entire facility is constructed using reinforced concrete (RCC) for enhanced durability and structural stability.
