Warehouse for Sathyam- Phase-1

Project Description:

This turnkey warehouse project, with a built-up area of approximately 78,000 sq.ft, involved the complete design and construction of a modern, future-ready warehouse featuring a structural steel roof system. The structure was thoughtfully designed in a linear configuration to enable future expansion within the same premises.

The warehouse is equipped with RCC flooring to accommodate the storage of heavy materials. The side walls consist of masonry up to 8 feet, topped with galvalume sheet cladding extending up to the roof level. The structural steel roof was engineered to withstand wind pressure and seismic loads in compliance with relevant standards, and finished with galvalume sheet roofing for durability and performance.

Completed in 2011, this was the first warehouse structures in the premises. Since then, three more warehouses have been successfully executed by us within the same premises, bringing the total built-up area to over 200,000 sq.ft.
